Airbus A380 Successfully Evacuated

Airbus SAS, which is aiming to deliver its first double-decker A380 by yearend, performed a key certification test today, evacuating 873 people in 80 seconds -- 10 seconds faster than its goal.

Judge Tells Google to Hand Over Data to DOJ

The government first subpoenaed Web data from Google last August, as part of its defense of an online pornography law. Google is now ordered to hand over 50,000 pages that are indexed versus 1million as initially asked. Google also is ordered to give a sample of 5000 search queries.
