Former Bush Adviser Arrested in 'Theft Scheme'

Claude A. Allen, Bush's domestic policy adviser who stepped down in February, charged with "theft" in Montgomery County, Maryland. Allen walks with Bush on the White House complex following a meeting of black religious and community leaders. Allen admits to $5000 in stolen goods. Full Story

Well he was testing security.

He was obtaining all this stuff for poor ophan kids.

He was donating this stuff to the Katrina victims.

Our intelligence reports indicated that he was totally honest.
