Judge Tells Google to Hand Over Data to DOJ

The government first subpoenaed Web data from Google last August, as part of its defense of an online pornography law. Google is now ordered to hand over 50,000 pages that are indexed versus 1million as initially asked. Google also is ordered to give a sample of 5000 search queries. The judge in the case is taking into consideration of google's trade secrets and privacy.Full Story

Google should say no, and hold out forever. Even with fines. They should hold the freak out.
