In the united states disruptive defendants are isolated or restrained. Anybody know why the united states democratic process that the united states is trying to invoke in bigdad, is failing?

Patience, it's not like once we signed the declaration of independence everything was cheery and birds fluttered through the sky. Rather the occupying force hunted down and killed as many of those that signed it as possible. Give it time, it will work.
