Google in Court for Copyright Infringement of Pornography

Google goes to court after having some thumbnail images of women on a porn site, they are being sued for copyright infringement. I doubt that google will lose because it is common knowledge for webdesigners to create a robots.txt file to prevent search engines from crawling certain content. In addition anchor links to images can have an attribute rel="nofollow" to prevent bots from crawling links to content as well.
