It sounds like a numbers game like everyting else.
Put RE/MAX on it. They'll have the damned thing sold in no time at all.
But, of course, everyone will just end up calling it Rupert, after someone's dog.
Right?
It should be named similarly to the comicly named "Uranus" (and we all know the jokes associated with that!)
I would suggest naming it with a pronunctiation going something like "Boom-hoalay" which would actually be spelt
"Bum-hole"
